This role focuses on the marketplace strategy & operations piece of this puzzle and is ideal for someone with 7+ years experience who is equal parts strategic, analytical, commercial and enjoys working across many parts of the business.

Maximise commercial return & partnership growth: Leverage Marketplace levers to maximise commercial return for Uber and our partners
Cross-functional leadership: partner with Product, Sales, Commercial, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Central teams
Team development: As the most senior individual contributor of the Marketplace Strategy & Operations team you will mentor and develop team members and be a leader across the broader Marketplace team
