Engineering Lab Technician Co-op/Intern

Position: Engineering Lab Technician Co-op/Intern Number of Position(s): 1 Duration : 4 months + Date: Jan– April 2027 Location : Onsite, Ottawa EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS Currently a candidate for a Master’s, Bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Computer Technician program, or a related field with an accredited school in Canada. As part of our team, you will: Work with new products and technologies. Troubleshoot and debug node configurations. The software installs, system configurations restore and backing up databases. Troubleshoot and upgrade cards. Installation and configuration of new equipment into existing networks. You have: Enrollment in a Computer networking-related program . Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively with others. The candidate must be able to work successfully in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Nice to have: Knowledge of IP networking, familiar with networking concepts. Familiar or proficient with UNIX and LINUX. Scripting languages (i.e., PERL).
