Lead Assistant Manager

This role requires end to end RTR knowledge for reinsurance process, including research & strong analytical skills The primary responsibility includes ownership of handling month/quarter end close for reinsurance ceded and Assumed business. Financial adjustment to ledger, financial reporting, financial system conversion Monthly B/S accounts reconciliation and month/quarterly analytics Perform accounting functions resulting in accurate and timely statements and related report for senior management. This position will also assist with ad hoc department projects. Strong analytical skills are required to resolve the financial differences. Bachelor's degree in accounting 6-9 years of experience in Reinsurance Accounting
