Our purpose is anchored in a single truth – bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future.   We are looking forward to hire Power BI Professionals in the following areas :   Senior Semantic Developer – Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Experience 5+ Years Position Summary The Semantic Developer is responsible for the development, testing, deployment, and support of Power BI semantic models, Fabric Lakehouses, datasets, DAX measures, and reporting solutions. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable analytical models. Key Responsibilities Semantic Model Development Build and maintain Power BI Semantic Models. Develop reusable dimensions, facts, hierarchies, and relationships. Create and maintain DAX measures and calculated columns. Implement calculation groups and advanced analytical calculations. Develop optimized datasets for enterprise reporting. Microsoft Fabric Development Build and consume Microsoft Fabric Lakehouses. Create semantic models using Fabric Warehouse and Lakehouse data. Develop Direct Lake, Import, and Composite models. Support data ingestion and transformation requirements. Reporting Enablement Partner with Business Analysts to understand reporting needs. Design datasets for Power BI report developers. Create reusable KPI and metric calculations. Support dashboard and report validation. Performance Optimization Optimize DAX queries and dataset performance. Implement aggregation tables and incremental refresh. Troubleshoot refresh failures and report performance issues. Data Validation & Testing Reconcile data between legacy EDW and Snowflake/Fabric. Support SIT, UAT, and Production deployments. Validate KPI calculations and reporting outputs.
