This role goes beyond defining solutions — you will drive how platforms are built, scaled, and operated , partnering closely with engineering teams while influencing key technical decisions across domains.
You’ll play a central role in pushing forward a Kubernetes-first, cloud-native vision , ensuring systems meet the highest standards of resilience, scalability, and performance , while remaining pragmatic and production-ready.
Own and drive the architecture of Openshift, Kubernetes-based platforms , from design to real-world production
Translate complex business and product needs into clear, scalable technical solutions (HLD/LLD)
Set direction and best practices across cloud-native, containerized environments
Act as a technical leader , influencing decisions and guiding engineering teams
Support teams on implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting in production
Continuously improve platform capabilities across CI/CD, observability, and security, ISTIO
Senior-level architect with strong experience designing and running cloud-native distributed systems at scale , with deep expertise in Openshift, Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
Combines hands-on technical depth with strategic thinking , comfortable in complex environments where performance, reliability, and scalability are critical
Strong expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native architectures, hands on experience in Openshift with troubleshooting knowledge, ISTIO
Experience with distributed systems and microservices at scale
Solid understanding of CI/CD (ideally GitOps), Linux, networking, and security
