Number of Position(s): 1 Duration : 3 Months Date : June - August 2027 Location : Onsite in Allentown, PA EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS Currently a candidate for a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field at an accredited school in the US. Participate in coherent optical subsystems test set development Learn Creol and participate in designing new hardware solutions Contribute to defining and configuring required test hardware Develop and support automated manufacturing test infrastructure Working with AI to increase productivity of the team Working as part of a team to develop and build complex mechanical systems Basic understanding of mechanics and materials Highly motivated and independent thinker Teachable, with a willingness and desire to ask questions and seek answers Foundation in AI tools and an understanding of their limitations It would be nice if you also had: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of analyzing complex problems and developing effective solutions Experience with Azure DevOps Strong communication skills
