- We are looking for a self-starter who is fascinated by new technology, enjoys solving complex problems creatively, and is passionate about applying expertise in modeling, optimization, and simulation to deliver high-value customer solutions. - In this role, you will support modeling in the client platform during post-sales professional services engagements, build proof-of-concept models for customer-specific use cases during pre-sales activities, and work closely with engagement leads, coaches, and client teams. - You will establish model-performance metrics, monitor models in production, maintain documentation covering methodologies, assumptions, data sources, limitations, and results, support data preparation and input/output validation, collaborate with data engineers and technology teams to productionize models and pipelines, and provide feedback on errors and anomalies identified during modeling. - The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience creating and delivering technically sound solutions aligned with customer business objectives, along with knowledge of supply chain optimization and simulation using platforms such as Optilogic Cosmic Frog, Coupa SCG, AnyLogistix, AIMMS, or similar tools. - Experience in optimization or simulation consulting, analytics, network design, transportation planning/routing, inventory optimization, demand planning, or simulation is preferred. - Database skills and the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets are valuable, while SQL and/or Python programming experience is a plus. - Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving, ownership, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to learn complex skills quickly and apply them to customer solutions. - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related field is required, with a Masters preferred. - The role offers flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements.
