In this role, you will drive the development of mobile-first and digital engagement ecosystems that enable seamless, real-time interactions across field operations and user channels. You will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture patterns, ensuring deep integration across cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and data environments. As a key technology leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions, while shaping platform strategies that enhance operational efficiency, user engagement, and business outcomes at scale.   Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Strategy Define and lead architecture for field mobility and user engagement platforms Establish scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture patterns Drive platform strategy, technology selection, and roadmap planning Align solutions with: Business objectives User experience standards Enterprise architecture frameworks Ensure long-term platform sustainability and adaptability   Platform Engineering & Integration Design and oversee implementation of: Mobile-first applications for field workforce User engagement platforms for customer and employee experiences Architect integration frameworks across: Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, MDM) Data platforms and APIs Ensure seamless interoperability and real-time data synchronization Drive API-first and microservices-based architecture patterns   Mobility & User Experience Solutions Lead development of field mobility solutions enabling: Offline-first capabilities Real-time data capture and synchronization Location-aware and context-driven services Drive innovation in user engagement through: Personalization frameworks Multi-channel communication capabilities Digital interaction platforms Enhance end-user experience and engagement quality   Data & Analytics Enablement Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate: Data pipelines Analytics platforms Master data systems Enable data-driven engagement and decision-making Provide actionable insights through reporting layers Support integration with: AI/ML platforms Advanced analytics use cases Ensure consistency between data, applications, and engagement layers   Leadership & Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leadership teams Lead cross-functional teams including: Engineering Product UX Data teams Translate business requirements into architecture blueprints and technical solutions Drive adoption of standards, governance, and best practices Influence strategic decisions and digital roadmap execution   Engineering Excellence & Governance Ensure adherence to: Security and compliance standards Data protection policies Enterprise governance frameworks Implement and promote: CI/CD practices DevOps methodologies Monitoring and observability frameworks Drive continuous optimization for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency Establish operational excellence across platforms   Required Skills & Qualifications Architecture & Platform Expertise Extensive experience in solution architecture for mobility and engagement platforms Strong knowledge of: Mobile application ecosystems API-driven architectures Microservices and event-driven systems Ability to design complex, distributed enterprise systems   Cloud & Technology Stack Hands-on experience with: Azure, AWS Strong experience with: Data platforms (Databricks, Azure Data Services, etc.) Expertise in: Platform integration Master Data Management (MDM) Enterprise application integration   Engineering & Development Strong background in: SQL and data systems Cloud-native application development Scalable architecture design patterns Exposure to: Mobile frameworks Backend systems and APIs Experience building high-performance, distributed applications   Leadership & Business Skills Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation programs Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience in defining and driving platform vision and product strategy Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams at scale Strong decision-making in complex enterprise environments   Nice to Have Experience in field service, retail, logistics, or workforce mobility solutions Exposure to AI-driven engagement platforms and personalization engines Knowledge of regulated environments and compliance frameworks Experience with Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) platforms   Key Competencies Strategic thinking and solution visioning Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities Customer-centric and experience-driven mindset Focus on innovation and continuous improvement Ability to manage complex enterprise ecosystems at scale   Education: Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience   What we offer EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
